My biggest mistake as a new leader?
I treated everyone the same way.
What energized one person drained another.
Here’s what I learned:
Great leaders adapt to each person’s needs.

1. Some prefer solo tasks; others love collaboration
2. Everyone has their own pace, style, and strengths
3. Some thrive on daily check-ins; others need space
4. Some crave structure; others work best with freedom

The secret?
Get to know your team individually.
Ask them:

-How they work best
-What support they need
-Their preferred feedback style

True leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all.
It’s adapting to let each person thrive.
