Statement on Vision, Mission & Goals

Vision
A world where everyone has fair and equal opportunities for education and employment in technology[1], especially people with disabilities working in STEM[2]-related professions.
Mission
To support and assist people with disabilities as they seek information and resources on STEM-related education and careers.
Goals
Provide resources for people with disabilities to explore STEM education and careers without discrimination.
Assist people with disabilities to acquire adaptive tools to be able to perform their best in the technology education and career of their choice.
Inform and collaborate with technology employers to encourage the prioritization of hiring people with disabilities.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
A new program is being developed as a means to support and assist people with various abilities to build their careers in the technology professions. Our immediate attention will be people with disabilities. Likewise we will work with employers and NGOs as they strive for inclusivity in the workplace. We expect to liaise with governments and various quasi-governmental organizations as they develop and roll out policy and programs that affect people of all forms of ability Our expectation is that by providing information and services to members and employers / NGOs we will see a positive outcome for all.
