Accessibility Training: Creating Inclusive Spaces for People with Disabilities
Join The Greater VancouverBoard of Trade on May 30 for a virtual workshop that takes a person-centred approach to universal design and the creation of inclusive spaces for people with disabilities. Facilitated by the Rick Hansen Foundation, this workshop will explore how access is approached and equip participants with tools for day-to-day operations. From providing strategies to incorporate key aspects of universal design to connecting participants with one another to gain new perspectives and share tools and strategies, this workshop will support a deeper understanding of accessibility and help participants make meaningful changes in their workplaces and communities.
